Transgender TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney, who suddenly found herself at the center of the Great Bud Light Freakout of 2023, has finally broken her month-long silence.
Miss Mulvaney, who was described by US House Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene as “One of the biggest pedophiles in America today”, found herself the target of a vile anti-transgender campaign waged by MAGA snowflakes who were extremely bent out of shape because Annheuser Busch decided to celebrate her transition during March Madness by partnering with her and sending her a case of specially printed cans of Bud Light.
This single action forced Bud Light’s VP of Marketing Alissa Heinerscheid to take a leave of absence after she was targeted by online trolls and transphobes who seemingly took Bud Light’s partnership with Miss Mulvaney extremely personally. Budweiser facilities across the country have been targeted with bomb threats and outraged snowflakes have been posting videos of themselves shooting cases of Bud Light with their AR-15’s, no doubt inspired by the recent Kid Rock video doing the same thing.
Miss Mulvaney’s recent partnership with Nike and Maybelline also sparked a right wing backlash, though not as violent as the Bud Light backlash. At least nobody was shooting their shoes or makeup with AR-15’s, though former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner called it an “outrage” and “woke”, proving once again that she is no ally to the transgender community.
However Miss Mulvaney has taken it all in stride, choosing to take the high road instead of wallowing in the misery and hate being directed at her and at the transgender community at large.
“I’m doing OK. I’m trying this new thing where I don’t pressure myself to share anything before I’m ready. I’m sitting with my emotions, not reacting … shockingly, I can’t recommend it more.”
Miss Mulvaney has received a wave of support from a broad range of celebrities. In her recent TikTok video she says,
“I’ve always tried to love everyone. Even the people that make it really hard. I think it’s OK to be frustrated with someone or confused, but what I’m struggling to understand is the need to dehumanise and be cruel.
“I don’t think that’s right. Dehumanisation has never fixed anything in history, ever.”
Now if only our national leaders would understand that. Right Marjorie?
Marjorie? Wait, where’d she go?
