SCOTUS just gave DOGE God-level access to our personal data
Yesterday the Supreme Court issued an absolutely devastating decision that affects every single US citizen and non-citizen alike. In typical fashion, the six arch-Conservatives in black robes just handed ALL of our personal and private data to DOGE, Elon Musk’s illegal and immoral government agency.

The Supreme Court, on Friday, for now gave the DOGE team launched by Elon Musk unfettered access to information collected by the Social Security Administration, data that includes Social Security numbers, medical and mental health records, and family court information.
In an unsigned order, the court, acting at the request of the Trump administration, temporarily overturned actions by two lower courts that had limited the DOGE team's access to sensitive private information at the Social Security Administration. The high court sent the case back to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond to rule on the merits.
The vote was 6 to 3, with the conservative super majority ruling in favor of the DOGE team. The court's three liberals said they would have ruled the other way, temporarily barring the DOGE team's access to Social Security records while the case proceeds through the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The three Liberal Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented. Writing in her dissent, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson had this to say:
"The court grants a stay permitting the government to give unfettered data access to DOGE regardless — despite its failure to show any need or any interest in complying with existing privacy safeguards, and all before we know for sure whether federal law countenances such access," she wrote. "The court is thereby, unfortunately, suggesting that what would be an extraordinary request for everyone else is nothing more than an ordinary day on the docket for this Administration."
Handing the keys to the kingdom and granting God-level access to all of our personal data is not the worst of it. Once you realize that Musk is in cahoots with Peter Thiel everything comes into sharp focus. Thiel is the man behind Palantir, the highly secretive digital surveillance system that he built for the Federal Government and other corporations back in 2003 in order to “reduce terrorism while preserving civil liberties”.
And if you’ve ever read or watched The Lord of the Rings, you’ll recognize the name “Palantir” as being the magical “seeing stone” that the villains use to watch the entire Middle Earth.
Palantir has several platforms that serve different purposes for different organizations, yet they are all designed to obtain large amounts of data, organize that data, and analyze that data to come up with patterns. In fact Palantir is used by the DOD and was instrumental in finding Osama Bin Laden when he was hiding in Pakistan.
Palantir Gotham – Used primarily by government agencies (like the CIA, FBI, and U.S. Department of Defense) for intelligence, counterterrorism, and military operations. It helps analysts connect dots across massive, often siloed datasets.
Palantir Foundry – A commercial platform used by companies in sectors like finance, healthcare, and manufacturing to improve decision-making through data integration and analytics.
Palantir Apollo – A delivery system that manages the continuous deployment of Palantir’s software across various environments, including classified and remote systems.
Palantir Gotham is currently being used by ICE to locate and round up undocumented immigrants as well. If you were wondering how ICE is able to target and raid individual restaurants and workplaces, Palantir is the answer. And the US Government is not the only client of Palantir as other national governments have bought into the system and are currently using it to surveil their own populations.
So now these TechBros have been given access to all of our personal information, allowing the Federal Government to surveil every one of us, building profiles and detecting patterns in our behavior, deciding whether or not we are “good citizens”, and potentially turning against us if we do not kowtow to their wishes and desires.
You know, the way China does to its citizens with its “Social Credit Scores”.
In fact, RFK Jr. has already proposed to use our medical data in order to build a database of Americans who have been diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum because he falsely believes people with autism serve no purpose in society and must be catalogued in order to “determine the cause” of autism. And the Supreme Court just made his job a lot easier.
These are kids who will never pay taxes, they’ll never hold a job, they’ll never play baseball, they’ll never write a poem, they’ll never go out on a date. Many of them will never use a toilet unassisted. -RFK Jr.
